We collect information you provide directly (name, email, optional WhatsApp number) when creating an account or filling forms. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, suppliers whose contact you revealed) to improve the service.

We use information to run the service (manage your account, count reveal credits, send alerts) and to improve the platform. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with suppliers without your explicit permission.

Data security
We protect your data with SSL encryption and one-way password hashing. Data is stored on infrastructure compliant with GDPR and the Saudi PDPL.

Your rights (GDPR and Saudi PDPL)
You have the right to request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing us below. We will respond within 30 days. For users in Saudi Arabia, all rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) apply.
Section 07
Data controller and processor
Data controller: Nawras Ltd (United Kingdom). Processors: 义乌市糯睿涉进出口有限公司 (Yiwu, China), and infrastructure providers (AWS, Cloudflare, Stripe). Transfers occur under approved data-processing terms.
Section 08
Data retention
We retain account data while your account is active. After account closure we delete personal data within 90 days, except what we must keep by law (billing records for 7 years).
