Acceptance of terms
By using Nawras Go, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.
Section 02
Permitted use
Use Nawras Go for legitimate commercial purposes only: finding suppliers, requesting RFQs, requesting audits. You may not resell our data, scrape supplier lists, or use the platform fraudulently.
Section 03
Subscriptions and payments
Cards are processed via Stripe; Gulf-region payments via Tap or bank transfer. Annual plans auto-renew unless cancelled 7+ days before renewal. Monthly reveal credits do not roll over.
Section 04
Content & accuracy
Product data is collected from public sources (Yiwugo, ChinaGoods) and our own field verification. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee every detail. The “Verified” badge means our field check only and is not a commercial warranty for the supplier.
Section 05
Limitation of liability
Nawras Go is not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier. Our responsibility is limited to providing the data and access to the platform tools. We are not liable for losses arising from the buyer’s decisions or the supplier’s actions.
Section 06
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime from account settings. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable mid-cycle. Annual subscriptions are refundable within the first 14 days only, minus any reveals already used.
Section 07
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (registered entity: Nawras Ltd). Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the London courts, unless local market law requires otherwise (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE).
